Hereafter called “ROBA”, is responsible for the
processing of personal data as shown on this privacy statement.
Personal data that we process
Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual.
Different pieces of information, which collected together can lead to the
identification of a particular person, also constitute personal data. Examples
of personal data are first/last name, gender, date of birth, address details,
phone numbers, email address, IP address, bank account details and numbers.

The purpose and basis to process personal data

personal data by ROBA is, for example, to manage the purchase or sales
transactions with you or your company, or for payment of your salary, to be
able to contact you by telephone or e-mail if necessary to carry out our
services, to inform you about changes in our services and products, to deliver
goods and services to you, based on a legal basis.
Automated decision-making
ROBA does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can
have (significant) consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are
taken by computer programs or systems without the intervention of a natural
person (for example, an employee of Roba Metals B.V).
The term for storing personal data
In principle, ROBA does not store
your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realise the
purposes for which your data is collected. Our retention periods are stored in
the data register and can be viewed on written request.
Sharing personal data with third parties
ROBA will not sell your personal data
to third parties and will only provide this information if this is necessary
for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal
obligation. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we
conclude a data processing agreement to ensure at least the same level of
security and confidentiality of your data. ROBA remains responsible for these
processing operations.

processing of your personal data to info@robametals.com.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send
a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine
readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport
number and citizen service number black in this copy. This is to protect your
privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but no later than four weeks, at
your request.
ROBA also wishes to point out that you also state that you have the opportunity
to submit a complaint to your national supervisory authority.
